Making Prime Steak
All the talk on 3gyubsal's about steak prodded my memory. Years back a friend gave me a link to a webpage that taught you how to turn cheap steak in prime steak. I never tried it but my friend did and he said it worked.

The principle makes sense. I'll try it sometime. I wonder what they classify as being a non choice steak though. I wounder if you could do that with a chuck roast, or if they are just talking about tough sirloins.
